When my husband died in a car crash, his life insurance payout from Simply helped a lot. The matter was dealt with very quickly and I gave half to his family.

In 2017, we took out funeral and life cover with Simply for our domestic worker, Sibongile. Towards the end of 2018, Sibongile passed away very unexpectedly. We were blown away by Simply’s efficient processing of the claim and the manner in which they dealt with it. The funeral cover payment was received days after submitting the claim (which allowed the family to transport the body back to Zimbabwe and prepare for the funeral) and the life cover payment was paid out towards the end of December. Sibongile was widowed and has left behind 4 children, her youngest - Isabel - only 11 years old. This life cover payment will ensure that Isabel finishes school and can maintain her current standard of living. Thank you Simply for making this all possible and for ensuring a seamless process.
